The People Survey

Conducted every 12 to 18 months; a formal channel that measures the level of employee engagement and collects feedback.

The CODE (The Company's Observed Decorum, Ethics & Integrity)

TÜV SÜD Asia Pacific's code of ethics provides guidelines for the professional conduct of our people in the handling of information and physical assets so as to cultivate the best work environment. It provides a comprehensive and confidential platform for our people to flag and work together with the management to address any unethical issues observed in the workplace.

Voices @ TÜV SÜD

A dedicated email 'hotline' (managed by TÜV SÜD Asia Pacific's HR team) where our people direct their suggestions, opinions and feedback to senior management.

Asia Pacific HR SharePoint

An internal electronic platform that hosts virtual knowledge communities and makes regional resources and best practices available through online databases. Asia Pacific HR SharePoint also enables real-time information sharing.

TÜV SÜD Inside Asia

A quarterly regional employee electronic newsletter that updates our people on Company happenings, including the latest HR initiatives and  information.

Employee Dialogue

A regular platform for direct dialogue between Management and staff around the region.
