Besides our succession management process, we have a structured framework to identify and groom high-performance colleagues in Asia Pacific with potential to take on greater responsibilities. These colleagues are identified and developed through TÜV SÜD CHAMP (short for Corporate High Achievers Management Programme).
TÜV SÜD CHAMPs undergo fast-tracked development through corporate-wide and customised programmes, such as 360° feedback, mentoring, planned career exposure, and overseas assignments.
