Designed to groom high potential staff for international career opportunities, TÜV SÜD JUMP is a global platform for leadership development and networking as well as for cultural and knowledge exchange. Participants - known as 'Jumpees' - come from TÜV SÜD offices from around the world. They are put through four management modules and work on projects of strategic significance for the company. This global talent development programme complements TÜV SÜD CHAMP.
